Chair of the Functional Urology Working Group of the Young Academic Urologists (YAU) at the European Association of Urology—a group of leading functional urologists under 40 from across Europe, specializing in urinary incontinence, neurogenic bladder, and functional disorders of the lower urinary tract, recognized for having the highest number of publications in peer-reviewed, professional international journals. Additionally, a member of the Board of the EAU Section of Functional Urology (ESFU).

Co-author of the Canadian Urological Association guidelines on the diagnosis and treatment of Overactive Bladder (OAB) and author of the textbook *Consultation in Neurourology: A Practical Evidence-Based Guide*, a comprehensive compendium on neurogenic bladder available in medical bookstores worldwide.

Gained professional medical experience in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Author of over 100 publications in peer-reviewed, professional international scientific journals, as well as numerous textbook chapters and conference reports.

Collaborates with many Polish and international centers on multidisciplinary scientific projects and clinical trials, including coordinating European Union-funded projects for breakthrough medical research.
